Guest guest
Hey there. I am scheduled for surgery on Sept.17 for sleep apnea, but along with that and many other things, I am also correcting a gummy smile. (I haven't gotten a measurement of how much gum I show exactly, but it's a lot) I was just wondering if you only had the surgery to correct a gummy smile or if you also had functional issues. I saw the picture you had posted under your profile, and you look great. (Whether that's a pre-op picture, or a post-op one, you're beautiful either way, so I'm glad you're happy with the results.) You don't seem to show any lip incompetence or anything like that and your profile (cheekbones and chin) look really proportional, so that's why I was just wondering if your gummy smile was solely an " aesthetic " issue. Do you have any pics that show your " gummy " smile before and after? I'd be interested to see how much difference it made. Thanks. -- > Yes, I also had upper jaw surgery to reduce my gummy > smile.
