Guest guest
Yes, there's very slow but definite improvement. If I poke it with something sharp I can now feel the poke, and in a couple spots I can feel it if I use a brushing motion. Once in a while I think I get a sensation of taste (just a random sour-candy kind of tingle), so I'm encouraged. There's apparently no deadline for nerve improvement so I expect it'll continue to improve for the next 10 years, but I'm doubtful I'll ever get back to completely normal. --Neil > > > > > > I am only beginning to get a little alarmed that my tongue is > > still > > > as numb as it is. it's to the point where i think things like, > > man, > > > if only i could get that back, i could live with the tingle in > my > > > chin or the semi numb gums. i seem to be back to biting my > tongue > > > more frequently and it is really getting on my nerves (no pun!) > > Has > > > anyone had a numb tongue for a long time and had feeling come > back > > > 100%?
