I have regular chiropractic care, but i did go to another one on

Thursday who showed me exercises to do on the muscles INSIDE my

mouth in jaw area that seem to be helping with expanding range of

motion and lessening pain i was experiencing in ears and in muscles

when yawning etc. It's interesting, but it has to do with putting

pressure in the belly of the muscle so the spindle cells will start

to " tell the muscle " to work on getting back to where it should be.

he said those muscles have really atrophied. I think the muscles

are the internal and external Pterygoid muscles. Up until this

point i was using moist heat on the outside of my face and then

massaging those muscles, on the advice of my surgeon. NOT the

muscles i should have been working. Since i am still in bands 4

months later, i needed to get some serious muscle action. This has

been great and it's only been 3 days. GO RED SOX. , Cape Cod,
