Guest guest
I just read an article in my GNC magazine that by simply changing from regular soda to the diet version can cause a person to lose 36 lbs a year. Sounds like there could be some merit to that one. Since caffeine is a stimulent you would think it would cause one to lose weight, but I've heard the opposite. I'm definitely no scientist so I couldn't tell ya. Toi > Regardless, even before surgery well meaning friends always came to me with > their advise to give up coke and caffeine in order to get a step up on weight > loss. Had anyone else been told this also?? > > > Skinny wishes from Mandy in CA > 275/147/126 > > >
