When do the braces come off?

Hey everyone. I have a question to those who have already gone

through surgery and had their braces removed: how long did you keep

your braces on after surgery? I know it probably varies for each

individual, but I'm just wondering what the average is. I'm about 3

months post-op and my bite still seems to be settling in to its new

position, but I'm so anxious to get my braces off! I hate them! Any

responses would be great. Thanks!
