Guest guest
My OS said moist heat was great and would actually help with the swelling and bruising. I had to ice for the first few days and now it's heat. and Colleen- An easy soup to get down is Cheddar Cheese Soup from Cambell's. I strain it just in case, but it tastes pretty good and is really thin. Hope all December surgery buddies are healing nicely. For the past two days I have felt more tired and have slept more than I was. Are you guys experiencing the same? -Casey
