lower jaw advancement plus adding in a piece of hip bone

i had my SARPE done back in October, so i am all set on that till

February, when i get my Pallete Expander out (cant wait!). then in

about a year, i will have my lower jaw advanced, but the OS says my

lower is too recessed and he will have to take a piece of my hip bone

and put it in my lower jaw to help advance it.

has anyone had this done?
