Guest guest
I've been doing some research on Staple line disruption. Unfortunately, mostly I only see " weight gain " as a symptom. I am almost 2 yrs post op. I can't seem to lose any more weight, although I watch my foods and exercise. I've noticed a dramatic increase in my capacity over the last 2 months. Although I am sill way below my former capacity. Here is what I ate for dinner last night: - 1 box of gorton's garlic butter fish grilled fillets (2 pieces - small) - 2 medium eggs (fried) 1/3 cup steamed broccoli, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil - 2 slices of toast. This seems like a lot to me. I don't normally eat that much. I felt full after the meal (ate slow ~40 min) What does the group think?
