Guest guest
I'm sorry about the guilty feeling. It's not productive of anything good. But DO WHAT YOUR SURGEON TOLD YOU!!! Messing about with the stitches is definitely not a good idea. What is a good idea is to leave them alone, no matter how annoying. If they're really bugging you, call your surgeon and let him/her do whatever needs doing. And bear in mind that there can be different types of stitches. So if someone else's surgeon said to smear them three times a day with a paste made of eye of newt and toe of frog, that may be just the ticket FOR THAT PATIENT. But not necessarily anything but poison for YOURS. Best wishes, Cammie > > Hi group, > > has any of your surgeons recommended any medication for the healing > of the internal incisions after orthognathic surgery?
