Guest guest
Thanks Everyone for sharing your knowledge, understanding and advice. It's amazing, but I did not exercise yesterday and I dropped a pound. Go figure! It is frustrating sometimes to try to figure out what to do and what not to do. Seeing the scale go up, just causes me to panic. I've watched the scale creep up for so many years, now when I think that it can do nothing but go down, it creeps back up again. Thank you for all of your kind responses and your understanding. There is nothing like sharing with others that have been there or are currently where you are. 237-201-130 11/18/03 > Hello Everyone, > > I haven't posted in a while, my computer has been out of commission, > which means I have been alone with lots of unanswered questions.
