Guest guest
Hi group, has any of your surgeons recommended any medication for the healing of the internal incisions after orthognathic surgery? Since the incisions are in the mouth, things like neosporin, mederma, etc. cannot be used. Are there any other things that have worked for you to smooth the incisions? My surgeon simply said leave it alone, but I feel guilty not to promote its healing. What else can someone apply to the suture area? Thanks
