flax seed question

Hi All.........was wondering if you could help with something? I

finally researched the archives and figured out that I should shoot

for 2 TBLSP of flax seed meal a day. What I was wondering

is.......can I grind it all up at the beginning of the week......will

it stay good/potent this way. Or should I grind it on an as need

basis.......thanks...... P.

Flaxseed should be refrigerated, whether ground or not. As long as u keep it

cold, you can grind up a week's worth or more at one time. But unless you

LIKE messing around with a grinder, and cleaning it out all the time, why

bother? The stuff that comes already ground is only a few cents more than the

un-ground seeds.
