My guess is that is a chrge for the splint that was used after surgery to hold your teeth in place, it would have been made in advance---do you remeber them taking molds of your teeth--they use those trays and that nasty goop? Thats what that was for. Or it could have been something that helped in planning the surgery--anyway I am sure your docotors office can tell you exactly what it was. > > I am 10 wks post-op.
