Guest guest
Ok, I've made it through day one of my protein only trial and error. Really, haven't had any problems. Ok, I do have a cup of coffee sitting beside me, but I know I'll have to " cold turkey " that, because that is the only way I ever give up anything, that's just me, I can't phase myself out of something. Have to admit, that I am thinking that by day 3, a nice piece of grilled fish might sound good or med-rare steak, though I have good days and bad days with steak, but am thinking I may need something to " chew " by then. Before I begine " detoxing " all I can think about is carbs, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks!! As soon as I get a day or two under my belt I notice that I start to crave the good stuff!! It is usually how I know that I have gone long enough.........don't force yourself to do the 3 days if you don't have/want to. If the carbs have lost their appeal and the good stuff sounds good......you might be detoxed enough......just a thought!!!!!!! P.
