Guest guest
, I can't believe how close our " birthdays " are. I knew about our surgery dates, but my physical birthday was March 5. I, like you, have not felt this good in so long, it is really difficult to actually remember. I haven't lost the weight as quickly as I was expecting, but I am totally thrilled. At this point, I still have a way to go, but I don't really have any hanging skin that I am concerned about yet either. I have gone through a lot of changes in the last year, including my surgery, my mother passing away and my husband leaving because of his not being able to handle my weight loss (he weighs 420 pounds!), but I am going to come out ahead in all of this and am very proud of myself for coming this far. Hope your birthday is fantastic!!! -- Open RNY 3/20/03 320/230/160? 90 pounds gone! 45 years old A. But the best Birthday will be March 22, 2004, on the one year Birthday on my new life. So many things have changed for the better in the last year. I love the new me that is coming out of this on body. This is the best I have felt in over 10 years. I have completely quit using my wheelchair in the house and out of the house except when I go to Walmart. A person in fair shape even has trouble going through there, lol. That is a big and grateful change. Life is good, I love life more ever time I step on the scales. What a Birthday present!!! Love all you friends on here. You are all so supportive. Love Ya, A. B.
