need help with ps appointment

Hi my name is ,

Before the holidays last year I wrote about my ps , how I was not happy with

it. It was suggested that I go back and talk to the ps dr.,which I did.

That didn't work, so now I have and appointment with the chairman of ps. I

had a pann and breast lift done. I still have lose skin and puffs around my

navel, which I don't feel should be there. Could someone help me with what

to say to the chairman to get my point across and get them to do something?
