Wobbly teeth

Hi

I had my braces removed at the end of July, having had upper, lower

and palatal split in April. My concern is that my bottom four front

teeth are noticeably wobbly. I wear a retainer at the bottom 24

hours except for eating as it has a false tooth attached. I need to

get an implant or bridge to be able to do away with it during the

day. The top retainer I just wear 12 hours at night.

I've seen my own dentist - he can't see anything too wrong with the

teeth. I've yet to see my surgeon and ortho. Has anyone else

experienced this. I accept that during orthdontics the teeth do

loosen up but I though they would have firmed up by now!

I am still trying to open wider with exercise and have abandoned the

tongue depressors as I'm afraid of putting too much pressure on the

lower teeth.

Thanks
