Guest guest
Hi, I am considering orthognathic surgery after being told by my orthodontist that I need it, however I don't really like the idea of having to get braces again. I had braces for about 1yr 3months in school, and was too happy to get them off. I would like to know if anyone can tell me if it is possible to have surgery without them, and if they have their experience. I really dread the idea of having all that metal in my mouth again since it was such a terrible experience for me, and would like to know what, if any, alternatives there are.
