Tom, something you could ask about is amitryptyline - it's an

antidepressant that is also used for sleep problems. It sort of

unwires you, good as a muscle relaxant too. It's sometimes

prescribed for people who clench their teeth at night.

I take a low dose of it (10 mg) before I go to bed at night - have

for over 10 years now. It helps me get to sleep and stay asleep.

Hope you get some relief soon. I know that worrying about it makes

it worse.
