I think that is a Tricyclic antidepressant -- I take one of each, SSRI and

anti-anxiety - one is coated and one isn't.... the one that isn't I put

under my tongue (they said that was ok... the pharmacist) and I haven't

needed to change doses since surgery the other is a coated pill and I take

it " after " I drink a shake and then let it sit there for at least 30 minutes

to absorb but I have doubled the dose since surgery to get the same effect

as before surgery -- so, it probably will depend on your own reaction, how

you can take it and how much you will need to get the same results... every

body is different but when you find something that works it is worth working

with the dosage post-op to get it right.
