Guest guest
Tom, I know I keep bringing this up but Xanax really helps you sleep. I mean, I would take Valium during the day for nerves and Xanax at night. I had no idea it made you sleepy until one day I took it in the afternoon and well, you know when your grandpa (or imagine one) falls asleep in his chair right in the middle of a conversation? That was me. I also did not take it one night but did take the Tylenol/Codiene and I was a wired fool, couldn't even close my eyes. So, I would suggest asking your doc for Xanax or something similar (anti axiety). I feel like I sound like an addict but I was only given 20 pills of each and I have several left over, so I only needed them for a week and a half or so. You will sleep like a baby. > > > do most people get insomnia after surgery?? because i literally > > > haven't slept in 7 days...and it's starting to get very > > frustrating. > > > not to mention that sleep is extremely important when your body > is > > > healing. i called my OS and he gave me this stuff called > > > diazepam...which is actually valium?? well i tried that last > > night > > > and all it did was make me jittery and sweat like crazy. i > didn't > > > know a person's body could physically stay awake for an entire > > week!! > > > > > > Tom
