I don't get this...rosacea suffers get papules and

pustules due to damaged bloodvessels, right.

So if I take away the damaged bloodvessels with laser

then I wouldn't get any papules and pustules.

But Dr Nase says in his book:

LASER THERAPY

Effect on rosacea symptoms;

Moderately effective at reducing papules

Minimally(!!) effective at reducing facial pustules.

How come ? anybody have a clue?
