The support group run by the doctors/hospital that I used sent this

message to me that I thought this grad group would find interesting. It

is a survey to find out interest in a quarterly magazine specifically

for WLS patients. Sounds like a great idea to me.\

As someone who has made the monumental, life-changing decision to

undergo a Weight Loss Surgery (WLS) procedure, we greatly value your

opinion on matters concerning the pre and post-operative patient.

As you are aware, there are not a lot of information resources for the

pre and post operative WLS patient. Our goal with this survey is to get

a unique understanding of the informational and resource needs of the

people that count... you. We would appreciate it if you could take a few

minutes out of your busy schedule to answer a few questions.

Your valuable input will help lead to creation of a one-of-a-kind

magazine and series of conferences/seminars dedicated to serving the
