Guest guest
, if you want I can scan and e-mail you my list from the Physical Therapist of the exercises he gave me. I am a wee bit sore today but I did my exercises and have to do another set tonight. I'm using the thumb/middle finger, plus massage with cream on the outside of the cheek while inside with my thumb. I'm not describing this very well so I could e-mail the instructions to you. I'm locked up too! Measure your opening. Then while you are doing the pull exercises, stop, then alternate by rubbing an ice cube on one cheek and then moist heat. Do both sides a few times, measure again without resistance, then with resistance (my husband has to measure)...I've seen improvement and record what you measure, it helps to see positive reinforcement. I did better yesterday with my measurements but like the PT said, it's two steps forward, one back. Let me know and I'll be happy to share.
