Don't Laugh - Worried About Kissing After Surgery

Okay, so this may not at first glance seem to be a big deal in the

entire scope of things to worry about when it comes to upper/lower

jaw surgery, but the more I think about it, the more worried I get.

One of the most sublime joys in all of life is that of the kiss. To

me, it is an infinitely textured and immensely intimate form of

communication used to communicate the most wonderful message ever

communicated – love. I can no more imagine not being able to feel

every minute detail of a kiss any more than I could imagine not being

able to talk, or see, or hear.

Please, could you give me some examples of what your nerve damage was

like and how, if at all, it effected this area of your life.
