Has anyone recently had Upper and Lower Jaw Surgery?

Hi there - after years and years of orthos and doctors telling me I

need it, I finally have a date - Jan 12th. My oral surgeon comes very

highly recommended and has done approx. 7,000 of my surgeries. He said

it won't be much worse than wisdom teeth removal which I had a good

laugh about.

Can anyone that has had both upper and lower give me some insights. I

am not going to be wired, just banded with elastics.
