I've come to the conclusion that chins are much of a subject of

interest here, but for me it's a major battle. I had lower jaw

advancement/genioplasty ten years ago. Good bite and all, but

very disappointed with the profile and weak chin. Fast forward to

recent history, I got an implant two months ago, helps a lot on

the profile, but is not healing right and will probably come out.

I've talked to an oral surgeon who says he could do a secondary

genioplasty, also talked to the surgeon who did the first surgery

and he said the same thing.... although he and his staff really

tried to emphasize how " wonderful " I looked in my post op

photos from that surgery. Anyway, if anyone has had a

secondary genioplasty or knows someone who has, I'd like to

get some feedback. My chin started as more recessive than

apparently 99.9% of the bad chins out there.
