Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I saw the hematologist today. He wasnt overly concerned about my ferritin going from 153 a year ago to a current low of 24. He would like to see my hemoglobin between 12-13.. and currently it sits at 11. Oh well.. such is life. I talked to someone in the surgeon/s office in Washington today about this.. They called me in a script for Chromagen Forte.. I hope that this helps bring my levels up without major side effects. I also got a letter with my echocardiogram results in the mail from my internist today. I really dont understand all the technical terms.. but I did manage to understand that I have mitral valve prolapse.. I also have some enlargement of the heart , and some triscupid valve regurgitation. I have an ejection fraction of 60%.. not sure what any of that means. She sent me a scrip in the mail for an antibiotic with instructions on how to take before dental visits. If anyone can enlighten me.. please feel free to do so.
