Guest guest
I am always looking for good protein and know that fish is very good for you. I like tuna if it is buried in a bunch of mayo and spices. I have never been good at fixing it so I seldom eat it. I just went to Krogers this week, one of the big chains here in Nashville and Starkist has a new tuna product. It comes in a vacuum packed bag and it is tuna marinated in different types of spices. It doesn't need draining at all, it is not oily and is ready to eat. I ate it plain right out of the bag and it was YUMMY. I got herb and garlic and lemmon pepper but they also make a hickory smoked one. It has 31 grams of protein per bag and only @ 200 calories. Thought I would share my new discovery since I am on the eternal protein hunt!! R in Nashville
