Guest guest
Hello all, This is my first time posting anything. I have had my braces since March 2004 and met with the maxillofacial surgeon in April. He took some photos and said that I would need surgery. I received a letter from the insurance company stating that I had been approved for MANDIBLE SAGITTAL OSTEOTOMY and GENIOPLASTY. I am really unsure what this is exactly and what it will be like since I may be having the surgery around Christmas time. So, if anyone out there can shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance,
