Guest guest Posted March 31, 2003 Report Share Posted March 31, 2003 Hi everyone, I joined the gym a little over a month ago. I go about 4-5 days a week and walk about 1-2 miles 6-7 days a week. I am only able to exercise in the pool due to other health issues. I went in today to weigh and measure . ( once a month) well, i gained 5 pounds over this last month and gained 3 inches in the waist and 3 in the hips and 2 in the thighs. My bmi was 35.6 and now it is 35.7. My trainer says that my gain is not due to muscle weight since i am not lifting weights or anything.My trainer is also not to happy with the fact that i pretty much won't eat the extra carb stuff.. She says i need them for the energy. I told her that i don't lose weight if i eat the carbs. I am 21 months post op and down about 105 or so. I had an open rny and am transsected. I am stumped as to what is happening. My dialy intake is pretty much the same as always. Any thoughts here? One more thing... Does anyone have ideas for breakfast foods. I am eating eggs everyday or egg sub. Really burnt out on it. I can't do yogurt or cottage cheese or milk. (make me sick ) I am tired of cheese and lunch meats.Don't really eat to much chicken or shrimp for breakfast either. Just tired of the same things. Any ideas would be great..
