I'm using a very simple routine lately -

At night, wash with Aveeno Creamy Baby Cleanser, apply Olay Total

Effects (fragrance free) - hope they don't discontinue that one!

In the morning, rinse face in shower, apply Total Effects, and before

I go out - Skin Rx Clinic Natural Sunblock, spf 30 (titanium dioxide)

I was using the Willowherb Soothing Serum from Skinrxclinic.com

before the Total Effects, but I'm not sure it was doing anything. At

least it didn't irritate. I've found I can't use any kind of oil on

my face, although I can use a little Zinco in the winter.

Over about 3 months, my face has gone from being bumpy (not acne),

red and irritated, and flushing badly & often, to no bumps, almost

normal-looking redness, and any flushing usually goes away quickly.

IF I could keep the caffeine and sugar out of my diet it would be

even better, but I'm not very good at that. I'd attribute the

improvement to being *very gentle* with my skin, the Willowherb serum

(maybe, hence the trial run w/out it)and the summertime humidity.
