On exercise, don't do push-ups or any exercise that flushes the face

hard, thats how I got rosacia to begin with, just keep it to as mild

a flush as you possibly can, lifting weights " super slowly " will give

better results than fast heavy lifting and requires less weight and

less pumping or flushing action. /// After Photoderm treatment the

skin is much more sensitive than before, so you must wash the face

much more gently and for a shorter time span or at least use much

less finger pressure than before. If your skin looks red and

inflamed after photoderm thats because it is, so ease up on it and

give it a chance to heal. Also take some benadryl, it relieves

itching and helps you relax and sleep, also drink extra water.///I've

learned that everything Dr. Nase said would come to pass, did. I used

aqua glycolic facial cleanser and it cleared my face, but it also

thinned my skin just as he said it would. So while I was taking

antibios, I only used neutrogena " extra gentle cleansing bar " , now my

skin is back to looking normal after several months of use. I use DHS

zinc shampoo every other day and never have any scalp problems going

on two years now. Photoderm has been great for me, but I beleive as

Dr. Nase said, you have to make sure the doctor is experienced and

has had good results with it. PS on the days I don't use DHS zinc I

use a regular Ph balanced shampoo likr clairol herbal essences extra

body, it rinses very clean. Hope this helps someone!
