I belong to the PSP list but wanted to find out just how differenet PSP and MSA are. It was rather shocking to get papers back that stated he had MSA especially since I knew nothing about it. I hurried and read on it and in a few minutes was able to figure the outcome was the same, no know cause, no medication, the only sure thing was they both kill the patients.
