Try Plexion Cleanser (prescription only) The papules and pustules have always been the most stubborn part of my rosacea. I have been on Tetracycline, Minocycline, Noritate, and almost all the Metro's. None of them got rid of the P & P's. Then I asked my derm for Plexion cleanser. Since I started using it, I have not had one breakout. I understand from these posts that some people cannot tolerate Plexion. I hope it works well for others.
