dryness or seb? ( a correction please)

In my previous post, I wrote " it is not really that noticeable until you

try to use a moisturizer, I meant to say

foundation. The flakes are not noticeable until I try to use a foundation.

Then I can see that the surface of my skin is nothing but a scale.
