Guest guest
Once again all of you have hit me where it hurts, in the wallet- Ha! Usually it is a good hit though so I don't mind at all!! I was at the grocery and found flax seed but not ground flax seed. Being the laziest of the lazy, do I need to grind the flax seed up before using it? I vaguely remember someone saying we WLS'ers can't digest it unless it is ground up? Or was I dreaming this. These little seeds are very small already but I am thinking the husk might be hard to digest. Also, what is the difference in flax seed oil and flax seed? I happened to see flax seed oil too and wondered if that is essentially the same thing? (and lazy people like me would not have to grind it up, just pour it in crap...) Okay, all you experts help me out here... R in Nashville
