Guest guest Posted October 30, 2002 Report Share Posted October 30, 2002 Hope This Helps I had to make a visit to the ER about a few weeks ago for yep you guessed it --thought I had an impaction or an abstruction! (Mom is doing great in that dept.) I had tried everything imaginable! I got to talking with my Doc and he used to work with MS patients. Of course constipation is a biggie with that also. Here is a natural recipe he suggested that has worked great. I have tried all of the above separate, but something about the combo seems to work. (for me and mama) 2 cups All Bran Cereal 2 cups Applesauce 2 cups Prune Juice Mix together(more or less depending on the consistency is best for you) Keep in Fridge Take about 1/3 cup before bed everynight! Of course you can just mix all ingredients equally not just the 2 cup thing! Hope this helps ! Mama hasn't had any problems so far!
