Hi y'all...I'm Sherry, new to this particular OSSG list, but in definite

need of support! My 2-year anniversary will be March 13, and while I've had

some trials and tribulations, they have all been pretty minor. But right

now I'm freaking...I've been at between 150 and 155 for about 6 months now.

I don't weigh much because I've not been really concerned. But my clothes

have been feeling tight, and yesterday I got on the scale at the grocery

store, and it said 165!!! Now this is reasonably new in the last month, not

really that gradual of a thing. I've also been feeling really hungry, so

I'm eating often...not large amounts, but I know I could be making better

food choices. So there's one thing, I need to go back to basic eat protein

first, no drinking with meals, maybe increase my exercise routine. But is

this expected, to have a gain after 2 years? Also, I dump pretty badly on

sugar, so don't eat much if any of that, so that's not a big problem area.

I have been drinking juice quite a bit recently as I've been having trouble

with urinary tract infections and have been drinking cranberry juice to help

with that.

Any and all suggestions will be listenps.yo worshipfully :-)
