Guest guest
Hi all, I know most of these lower jaw surgeries have the incisions done inside the mouth so nothing visible remains on the outside. But I was wondering how bad are the scars internally? Do they heal over time and smooth out? Are there any special medication products that could help the scars become unnoticeable even internally? My surgeon was vague about that, it kind of varies from patient to patient, but wanted to see what the consensus is here from those who had the incisions inside the lower mouth. Thanks.
