Guest guest
Dr Felicia Axelrod President, American Autonomic Society Dr Axelrod and members of the AAS: My name is Meg Steinhauser. I am a 48 year old, single mother of four. I was diagnosed with Pure Autonomic Failure in June of 2001, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. I started feeling symptoms about one and a half to two years before the diagnosis. I was told this is a very rare disease and the progression is very slow compared to other autonomic disorders. However, since I am the only parent my children have to lean on, I can afford to be sick. I appreciate all that you are doing towards research and education of this and other autonomic disorders. I have gotten strength and knowledge through the MSA on line support group and through God. Thank you for the persistent and dedicated hard work that this Society is doing for me and thousands like me in this country. May God bless all of you and guide you through your work. Sincerly, Meg Steinhauser Falls City, Nebraska __________________________________________________________________ The NEW Netscape 7.0 browser is now available.
