Guest guest
My face actually seems a little fuller and rounder post-surgery. I liked the slightly leaner look I had prior to the surgery, but now my lower jaw is nice and straight and looks much better than the slightly offset and forward look it had pre-surgery. It's difficult to predict exactly how you'll look after the surgery, but I think it's fair to say that not everyone will have a longer, thinner face as a result. You should ask your surgeon, as I'm sure he has enough experience to make a good educated guess at how your post-op appearance will change. --Neil > > > > > > Well I thought I'd give this a try and see if > > > I > > > > > could get any > > > > > advice > > > > > > or assistance from anyone who has been down > > > the > > > > > road I'm about to > > > > > > travel.
