Hi, I receive chiropractic care on my back and neck and hips.

Another chiropractor, who is a husband of a woman i teach with, said

he did care on a woman who had jaw surgery. he put on rubber gloves

and went into her mouth and did massage type work in the joint jaw

area. i have been having a lot of discomfort and am thinking of

tyring this. Has anyone else rec'd chiro care in jaw area? i am

months post op have had 3 situations of jaw locking and just a few

minutes ago while eating pork, my left jaw, muscle area KILLED, i

think from trying to move my jaw a little bit to the side to chew

the meat. OUCH. i can only imagine that working on those muscles

will feel good and help. Remember, i am still in elastics except for

eating and cleaning.
