Guest guest Posted November 15, 2002 Report Share Posted November 15, 2002 Sharon A good way to get some info to your brother is to print some of the pages (pick and choose) and give them to him and little by little give him the really bad facts. I never did tell Jerry about aspiration pneumonia, but let him hear me tell others that most patients died of it. Then I fed him little by little stories of feeding tubes, good and so so then the bad sides to it. In the end he said if he was bad no tube, and if he was doing fairly good he would take a tube.
