Include as many preparation details like the impact of dropping meds. Of course share the diagnosis and the outcomes. We who deal with Shy Drager / MSA, as patients or caregivers, are often living close to the cutting edge of medical progress. There are many things we have learned from this list that even experienced professionals did not know or were not able to communicate well. We trust and pray your husband's experience with the proposed surgery will help him and will provide good information and insight to other patients with the disease. I know I said a mothful in my response to your husbands surgery but know that I will be keeping him in my prayers and thoughts for him to have nothing less than a very successful outcome.
