Hi Ann,

So glad to hear that you and Al are alright. We saw the news clip on TV about

your event and it certainly made quite a mess. It sounds as though you are in a

fairly sheltered area.

Well we've had a couple of brief storms over here but we still need a lot more

rain. Our cyclone weather hasn't started yet but that usually hits much further

North of Brisbane. Places like Cairns, Port , Mackay and Rockhampton are

the usual areas that receive cylones - much like your hurricanes over there.

Al's pretty much the same though a little calmer. His legs are still giving him

an awful lot of discomfort and the head well that's still pounding. Went to

hospital this week for a check on his water works and they tested his bladder.

Has to go back again for the same thing in another couple of weeks. He surprised

me that day as he was walking unaided and travelled a fair distance with me in

the car. Since then he has weakened a great deal and walking has decreased

again. Other than that we are both well and hope the same is with you also.
