Guest guest
Let me tell you I was only 24 when I was diagnosed with full blown Severe cea. in the beginning and in a matter of months, I was completely dehabilited by the pain of the condition. EVERDAY my rosacea changed my face right before my very eyes and no matter what i tried nothing could stop it .. but i finally found a method to reverse it.. and control it.. 2 years later, and after having gone through a MANY different products, zia- cleansers, cetaphil bar and liquid cleanser, zinco, noritate, Jojoba oils, Wobenzyme N, metrogel, doxcycline, tetracyline, minocycline, cea LTD, Aloe Vera Gel, hundreds of vitamins to improve skin from kelp to grape seed extract, etc. , anything i could get my hands on I tried.. i have found a regimen that allows my rosacea to be in full control and has actually strengthened me and got rid of my pain. After reading Dr. Nase's book on what cea is and how the monster works.. I had to basically treat and control the condition myself... I figured out that we have to mostly battle our condition from the inside then control it from the outside. I decided to battle my condition from the inside by taking 2 KAL's Vitamins 'Vein Defense' a day (which contains Horsechestnut about 800 megs of Vitamin C and other natural antioxidants and roots). It was KEY in getting rid of ALL my pain and papules. After about 6 months of non-stop viatmin intake, it reduced flush tremendously. It strengthened my veins and immune system. I only drink about 4 cups of cold water a day max and continue with about one vitamin a day. http://shop.store.yahoo.com/smartbomb/kal67307.html cetyphil cea LTD products dried my skin galore .. doxcyl, metro, medicines never got rid of my papules. Noritate made me more red. To control it from the outside, I use Zia fresh cleansing gel. cea Care Moisturizer which GREATLY reduces my flush throughout the day www.rosaceacare.com and Total Block 65 spf. (maximum protection) Clear gel (there is also a waterproof, and makeup-cover up gel) . http://www.totalblock.com/pages/products.htm contains antioxidants as well, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and more. I'm starting on Epifacial treatments next week. Blue Cross covers it now.. Life is a journey.. not a destination... Mazzy Star
