I've been doing Pilates for about 1 1/2 months now. It is a great way to

exercise. I really like it!! It is not an aerobic exercise. It is strength

training, breathing exercises, and some yoga techniques. You never feel stiff

or sore the next day, rather I feel like my body is just gliding along. It

makes you feel taller, because you align your body better. My stomach shows a

nice improvement since I first started.

It is a very impressive way to exercise and build strength. If you find it

difficult to exercise because of your rosacea, look into this.

Kathe, ask me some questions and I'll try to answer, or I'll ask my instructors.

I really am just a beginner in it so I don't know a lot. I know that it doesn't

stress the body and it builds strength, flexibility, good posture, good

breathing techniques, and that I am finding it very beneficial.

It is a method that seems to be getting more and more popular around the

country. It is perfect for those of us who need to be gentler on the body, yet

want results.
