Guest guest
I take 2,000 mg of tetracycline daily. I'm aware that antibiotics don't stand the heat particularly well, but just how hot is too hot? For much of the day here in Chicago this summer, we *do* have the A/C going -- but it's not on all the time and occasionally the entire apartment does get into the upper 80s. Should I be putting the tetracycline in the freezer? The last thing I want to have happen is for this stuff to heat-mutate into something toxic.
