VERY Dry Skin and what's working for me!!

Hello All,

I have very dry skin (seb derm?) to the point it was

just peeling off constantly. I would put on my

foundation and it would show through instantly.

Really gross.

Well I went to the doctor last week and he really

couldn't do much for me because I'm trying to have a

baby. He just told me to find a moisturizer that I

could agree with and akne-mycin was good during

pregnancy.

Well, I went home and thought and thought....I thought

about this cream my son was using for a diaper rash.

It's NYSTATIN CREAM. I read that seb derm is like a

over production of yeast on the face. I looked up

this med and started to use it on my face. It's been

4 days now and my face is doing sooooo much better. I

have very little dryness and it actually is helping

with the rosacea!! I can put on foundation now

without seeing flakes. I don't use any moisturizer

because this cream acts like one. I'm gonna use this

for a couple more weeks to make sure it's under

control.

Just wanted to let others know. I think a anti-fungal

med is what we should be using for seb derm because of

the yeast problem. Just a thought and hopefully it

continues to work. So far so good!!!
